Join us for a morning of driving and dining as we travel from Crema Coffee Garage in Brisbane to Montville's Flame Hill Vineyard via the hidden gem Clear Mountain, twisty Mount Mee and great roads in between.

What to expect:

Climb to the Vine will start at 7:00 am with breakfast at Tank Stream Social sitting within the gorgeous architecture of Crema Coffee Garage. Featuring jazzed up breakfast favourites and exceptional coffee, this is the perfect location to energise for our journey through the hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Once our group is acquainted and fed, our journey begins, travelling North-West through Bunya Road to the twisty, technical road of Clear Mountain. After descending the other side of Clear Mountain, we are treated to some long, sweeping turns on the outskirts of Samsonvale, before the twisty roads pick up again as we ascend Mount Mee. As we reach the summit of Mount Mee, we will stop in at Dahmongah Lookout for our exclusive morning activity (more to come on this soon).

After our morning activity, the journey continues down into D'Aguilar and through Woodford, before ascending Bald Knob Road - considered a must-do road in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland - just after Cedarton. The good roads continue all the way through Maleny into Montville, where our drive ends but the experience continues at Flame Hill Vineyard from 11:30 am.

An award-winning, 3-course vineyard dining experience awaits us, set against scenic views of the valleys and peaks of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Expect Flame Hill's own grass-fed Angus beef and garden-sourced herbs and vegetables, paired with estate grown and hand picked premium wines. Like our cars, each Flame Hill wine has a unique character and romance about it, built through ardent, emotional attachment between the land, the season, and the people. Despite common adversity and seasonal variance, the passion and dedication collaborate positively, much like the romance of life.

At the conclusion of the event, guests are free to make their own way home via the highway, or by retracing the route in reverse to eek out just a little more driving pleasure.
